Chex Systems XXXX Is furnishing data that is preventing me from being able to open up a checkings account with banking institutions. I spoke with a representative on Monday XX/XX/2023 around XXXX. I asked the representative how can I remove the inaccurate information that is listed on the consumer report ; I was told that I can not have any of that information removed because it is verified information. I was never contacted prior to the information being furnished on the consumer report neither was I informed about the information listed about me. The FCRA requires that investigations be completed within XXXX calendar days.
