Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/2023, we ( myself and my wife ) directed Bank of America by US Postal mail to CLOSE our credit card account. Bank of America has failed to do so or acknowledge our request in any way. They are obviously trying to do the reverse of their fraudulently opening accounts for unsuspecting people by failing to close accounts when directed.
