In XXXX my stimulus payment was deposited into my brinks mastercard account. they end up closing my account. i was told they returned the money back to the IRS in XXXX, XXXX i contacted the IRS filing paperwork and forms trying to recover my funds.Come to findout this year XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX still had my money. i contacted brinks they said 10 business day i would have it. 10 days came and went i called them they said IRS had a hold on the funds. I immediately called the IRS they said that was not factual. i called brinks back and told them about my conversation with the IRS and they said they would mail my funds to me. 10 days later no funds returned to me. i called brinks they said they sent my money to the IRS on XX/XX/XXXX direct deposit. i called the IRS they said they had not recieved my money. The IRS told me wait till XX/XX/XXXX. I called and foundout brinks still had the money. i have called brinks multiple times since and have gotten a different story every time. i have recorded conversations with supervisiors making unfactual statments and admitting to do nothing but lie to me on the phone. i am being now told they sent {$600.00} of my {$1400.00} stimulis payment to the IRS and the {$750.00} would be released. Everytime i call now they sayits being processed and sent. when i dont get it i call back and am being told the IRS is reviewing it again that they stopped the process. i cant take this anymore i dont know what to do. im fustrated i have been diagnosed with XXXX and XXXX and this situtation is really messing up my mental state of mind. please help with this situation.
