I have a card that I get money sent to as rewards from a manufacturer we use. Back in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I got into that account and found that there were {$340.00} in fraudulant charges on the card. I filed a dispute that day ( XXXX ), case # XXXX or it could be XXXX XXXXXXXX ( I can't read my own writing lol ) I called back in XXXX to check the status of my dispute and nothing had been done. I called back again on XXXX, and still nothing had been done. The gentleman on the phone said he would escalate my case and that I should have an email in 24-48 hours. It's now XX/XX/ and I have never heard back from anyone, nor have they refunded my money. This company just completely ignores their customer when there is problem, and that's if you can get through to someone. That's a nightmare in itself. The website on the back of my card is MyPrepaidCenter.com and the phone number is XXXX and the card that I have is a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please feel free to call me if you need further information.
