On XX/XX/2023 I received a letter from LTD Financial Services stating they were contacting me about the debt I owed on one of the private loans I obtained from XXXX XXXX for the amount of XXXX. I proceeded to obtain a Debt Verification Letter template from the Consumer Finance webpage : XXXX XXXX XXXX. This letter asked for all possible verifying information on my debt. I sent this letter to LTD Financial Services through certified mail on XX/XX/2023. In my letter, I requested they back to me within 30 days and they have failed to do so. Since XX/XX/2023 I have not received any mail, phone calls, or other forms of communication from them so I have no idea where my debt is or where it stands.
