This is in regard to the funds held in the XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX account that Frost bank, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Texas, XXXX, is currently withholding from the rightfully entitled family members. The bank phone number is XXXX. Since XXXX, XXXX, myself, and all directly involved family members, have attempted to obtain the funds held in the above listed account. Over a period of three years and eleven months, we have been unable to close the account and withdraw the funds. Myself and my sister, have visited, and contacted, the bank numerous times and the issue still remains unresolved. There are also two attorneys involved and they have also been unable to acquire our funds. My grandfather opened the Trust Fund account for my aunt decades ago. The account was established for his daughter, who had XXXX, and was unable to care for herself. My grandfather passed away on XX/XX/XXXX and the account was managed by my mother until her passing on XX/XX/XXXX. My aunt, for whom the account was established, passed away on XX/XX/XXXX. With the passing of my aunt in XXXX, there are a total of four of her relatives who are entitled to the funds in the XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX account that Frost bank has been withholding from us. After multiple attempts, we have been unable to receive any action, or resolution, in regard to releasing the funds in the account held by Frost bank in XXXX XXXX, Texas. These monies rightfully, and legally, belong to the above family members and after numerous attempts, over a period of three years and eleven months, Frost bank continues to withhold, and refuses to release, the funds held in the XXXX. XXXX XXXX to the rightfully entitled family members. The four of us involved need to know exactly what we need to do to have the funds in the account released to us.
