On XX/XX/2023 someone used my USAA card to buy from XXXX for a total of {$160.00}. After reporting the fraudulent purchase to USAA. The bank refused to refund the amount ; deeming it a legitimate purchase despite the fact that the purchase was sent to another person ( which I do not know ) to the address in a different state.
