So basically, I went to Bank of America to see what was going on with my account they told me that Bank of America closed my account the people online that deal with that. So I called and I didnt get any heads up about my account being closed. I just got this account last month. They told me it was due to suspicious activity and that I needed to be verified so I got verified and now they are telling me they cant do much. I had just made a new password last night for my Bank of America account because I felt like something was off on my app. Im so very confused and upset, because I got this job and Im new and I get paid the XXXX and idk how Im gon na be able to access my account. I need it, its nonsense that my account got closed for no reason, especially without any warning
