I should be owed 7000 to 8000 points for my Chase Sapphire Preferred Anniversary Bonus. I had the card for over 1 year, and then I did a product change to a Chase Sapphire Reserve. However I was told that I was not eligible for the Anniversary Bonus because I no longer had the card during the benefit period. This is not listed in your Terms and Conditions as described here, on page 2 : https : //static.chasecdn.com/content/dam/card/rulesregulations/en/RPA0444_0477.pdf " To qualify for the 10 % anniversary points bonus each account anniversary year, your account must be open and not in default, as defined in your Cardmember Agreement, at the time of fulfillment. '' I fulfilled the requirements as stated. My credit account was not closed, not in default, and in good standing. I am a loyal customer and insulted that I am being nickeled and dimed over this. I advise you to update your terms and conditions if you want to continue screwing over customers like this. I am strongly considering moving all of my assets to different institution pending the action of this complaint. Thanks, XXXX XXXX
