Money from my debit card was being withdrawn from the local ATM consistently from XXXX without my permission totaling to {$3600.00}. I was at work and I received multiple text messages from Chase notifying me that money was being withdrawn at the time. When I was notified, I immediately called Chase with the number that was on found on the back of my card and filed a claim. I discovered that the withdraws took place from my local Chase bank ATM when looking through my account statement. Chase denied the claim stating that the ATM location is in my neighborhood and I have used that exact ATM in the past 6 months, thus they deemed that charges were valid.
