On XX/XX/2023 I purchased PayPal PREPAID Mastercard from XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I loaded {$40.00} on at the time of purchase. When I went to activate the card I was told that I was not approved for the card and that I am not able to use the card. I have been dealing with this issue since XXXX, the customer service now just places me on long holds and do not return the phone call. They are rude to me and will not help me in anyway. I have read the cardholder service agreement and there is no reasoning on why I should not be able to activate and use card. it says nothing about being Approved to use card anywhere in the service agreement or advertisement. I want a full refund of the {$40.00} plus the {$2.00} activation FEE in cash. The same way I gave it to them.
