Consumer Narrative

After placing a freeze on a government issued check, BOA sent a notice saying they would pay all fees and overdrafts incurred during the freeze. They then went in my account and changed my payment date on my car payment. It was made on XX/XX/23 to be paid XX/XX/23. The freeze did not allow me to cash any checks. Causing me to miss a payment.
