On XX/XX/23 and again on XX/XX/23 I was contacted in writing by XXXX XXXX XXXX, who attempted to collect the same debt, this time for {$330.00} but for the same procedure carried out by the same provider on the same day. My guess is that Action Collection Agency of Boston both cashed my check paying the debt and also sold the debt to another company.
