I made a fraud claim on my account and spoke to the multiple times and was told to fax in documentation on a claim before they received the written documents they had closed my claim causing another period of investigation. Not even a day later. Everytime I call in Im transfer atleast 4 times and no one knows my information which is provided each time but no provided to the next person.
