I transferred {$1100.00} from XXXX to XXXX XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/2023 using Remitly which is a financial institution based in XXXX, Washington, United States. I was notified by the company that my money has been delivered to the recipient in XXXX XXXX the same day, however, after checking with the recipient, it was confirmed that they did not receive the money in their account. I contacted the customer service like 6 times, every time I call them, they just tell me that their partner bank in the recipient country has confirmed that the money has been transferred to the recipient 's bank. I even shared the bank statements of the recipient with the company to show them that the money was never transferred to the recipient account. Company always end the call by saying that someone from their specialized team will contact me but nobody does that. Its been XXXX weeks now, I have no idea where my money is and my family in XXXX XXXX is still waiting for it as it was for some emergency purpose. I would be grateful if Someone can help me with this issue, as It was a hard earned money and its so frustrating that I have sent it XXXX weeks ago and still its not received by the recipient and the Company is least bothered and very unhelpful.
