On XXXX XXXX I was charged {$4000.00} for a treatment for my wifes XXXX XXXX. The treatment did not work and the doctor has moved to another state so it is impossible to rectify this with the merchant. Basically we were charged for something we did not receive so the problem is with the quality of the goods and services which is covered under the special rule for credit card purchases.
