This is a problem with Chase Bank I opened an account with Chase for my. Social Security XXXX check to come. The check arrived and it was a freeze put on my chec by. collection agency. And I was told that Social Security checks were exempt from collection agencies. and the bank refuses to gave me my check to me. The problem is also the bank even know to check is exempt, The problem is the bank even admitted that the check is exempt, but there's. still refusing to give me my check.
