I was out of the country from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX for my wedding. I was unaware of any balance owed on my card during this time. I was alerted of being 30+ days late through one of my credit monitoring accounts. As soon as I was warned, I contacted Bank of America immediately and paid off the balance in full. The rep I was speaking with informed me that it was reported to my credit and that theyd place a request to remove this.
