I contacted my credit card company about a dispute of a charge. I didnt receive the services. I clearly told them what happened. But the credit card company rep were in XXXX and could not properly speak XXXX. I explained my issue so many times to them. Even after he said he understood I dont think he did. I told him I did not receive the service I paid the company. The merchant lied to them and didnt even get back to me. The rep from chase said he would get back to me and he never did. They just closed out the dispute. I told him I was away on vacation. The rep said dont worry I will call you back. The merchant clearly didnt provide the services. This is why these disputes should be handled by XXXX and not someone overseas who cant properly speak XXXX.
