I chose Chase Sapphire due to its trip protection policy. When I filed a claim on XX/XX/23 for our flight cancellation and subsequent cancellation of the hotel and XXXX prepaid reservations, I was held up with constant requests from the credit card contractor for claims at XXXX. I have had over XXXX correspondences and numerous uploads of documents. Many of these requests for more information were due to the fact that they received encrypted files they could not read and I had to resend them from another source. It is XX/XX/23 and it has been XXXX months and I am just constantly sent to another department.
