On XX/XX/2023 I loaded {$170.00} to my netspend checking account at XXXX. The next day I tried to make a purchase of {$37.00} and it was declined. When I tried to sign into my account I got a message stating : There is an issue with your account. Please contact customer service to resolve the issue at XXXX, as follows : Attached document. I'm on XXXX and could not get my medicine or food because of this. They wanted me to send copies of my drivers license, social security card and proof of address to them. I've had this account for XXXX years and am not sending my private information that they should already have. Also, the bank information on my ssa.gov account was changed to some bank and account number I have never heard of. I think it may have been XXXX XXXX or something like that. I got a new account and tried to changed it with the ssa. If my XXXX payment goes to this fraudulent account, I will collapse. I'm in my XXXX and need my medicine and food. All I want is my {$170.00} back and this account closed forever. I have proof of my deposit if needed or anything else you may need me to do. I would appreciate it if you could expediate this. The stress is killing me. Thank You
