Rushmore is reporting incorrect balance information to XXXX. I asked them several times to correct this information, but they do not respond back to me. They are reporting the credit limit as the balance owed. The loan has a XXXX balance and they are reporting {$34000.00} as the balance owed. I contacted XXXX, and they contact Rushmore, and they do not update the balance information on the account. This is causing problem with my credit score. Rushmore also suspended my drawing on this Heloc because of XXXX incorrect credit score.
