Portfolio Recovery is a debt collector trying to collect some kind of debt. All three of my credit reports show XXXX collection activity. I have never had collections and I have excellent top tier credit scores. I do not know why someone is bothering me like this. I want it to stop asap please. Every morning this company calls disguising there numbers every time with a different phone number. I have a right to not be harrassed. I want proof something I signed with my social security number showing I owe something! That is fair and legitimate
