I was purchasing a puppy which was {$900.00}. I sent the money to the person I was making a purchase. within 8 hours I did not receive further communication. I called BOA and told them I thought I was scammed and fraud happened. Then they come back and say they can not get my money back from XXXX XXXX which houses the fraud account used to steal hundreds of thousands. It seems like these banks are promoting theft and fraud and they do not do anything about it as a consumer, this is not fair. You think your money in a bank is protected but I can see they are not.
