This account has been paid in full and closed since XXXX of XXXX. I have try multiple times to do a dispute with credit bureaus and I comes back as I still have a balance with the company. But when I talk with sezzle on the phone they tell me I dont have a balance and they send me a email showing that there is no balance. And they told me it would take 2 months to update on credit report, but I been waiting since XXXX. There hasnt been an update on account since XX/XX/2022 on my credit report.I have attached and email send by sezzle stating that there is no balance.
