I am so disgusted with this bank and lack of follow up! I flied a compliant nearly a week ago - I never received a call addressing my concerns, just an email acknowledging it! I have called and left messages for the contact XXXX XXXX- who still has not called me back at all! My account still remains with a negative balance. I do not carry negative balance and it is not my fault the account went into default! I had made a request for funds to be deposited into my account on the XXXX of this month which was plenty time for it to go through. I never had an issue before with transferring money so this is a banking error. I am starting to think I need to move my money from this bank- seems like service isn't something provided to all clients unless you got millions in your account. This should have already been cleared up by now. This was a system issue as the system failed to even transfer the money at the scheduled time.
