On the same day morning XX/XX/2023, I came to Bank of America in XXXX XXXX, California to notify the bank of America about the unauthorized transaction and request to refund. Bank of America refused to resolve the issue. I immediately called Bank of America Customer Service on the same day to report the unauthorized transaction and request refund. Bank of America Customer Service refused to to resolve the issue. Today XX/XX/2023, the unauthorize transaction in the amount of {$17.00} pay to XXXX XXXX XXXX was posted on my checking account. I contacted Bank of America Customer Service to report the unauthorized transaction and request refund. Bank of America still refused to to resolve the issue.
