My father died in XXXX. Just before he died, he was given a final radiology scan to view his XXXX ( I think, I have NO evidence of this ). The " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' sent a bill after my dad 's insurance 's window for payment. Insurance needed 30 days. Dad died XX/XX/XXXX. The first bill was sent to me XX/XX/XXXX, but was not sent to his insurance. The bill was sent to the wrong address, and didn't get to me for several weeks. I worked with my dad 's insurance to have the bills paid because I was his representative. They eventually agreed to pay the bill. In the meantime, I assume that XXXX XXXX XXXX sold the " debt '' to Alpine Credit , Inc., a debt collector. I worked with XXXX to have the debt paid, and was told it was, in fact, paid. I have a letter from XXXX stating this. The debt collector letters stopped coming to me. However, they have sense resumed sending debt collection letters to my dad 's partner. They married as a symbolic gesture just before he died. They put her name on the letters, as if it was her debt. She has zero connection to this case, and I think this is illegal harassment.
