On XX/XX/2023, I called Advanced Collection Bureau Inc to learn about an account that appeared on my report. I never received any correspondence from this company in order to exercise my right of validation. The company acknowledged not having any information as it pertained to this account and would not provide such in writing. I disputed the account with the bureau and it came back that the company " certified the information on record to be true and correct ''. I have also asked for the same in writing to no avail. I went in to verify the license of this company. It should also be noted at the time this company listed this account, their license was not active, it was reinstated about 11 months after which.
