On XX/XX/2023, I accessed my Aidvantage account to try to understand what my interest rates would be when I start repayment. I went to " Account Summary '' and " Loan Details, '' looked through my various different student loans, and couldn't find any information about what my interest rate would be now that student loan repayments are starting again. I have included a PDF of the loan details for one of my student loans demonstrating that interest rates are displayed as 0 % with no information about where interest rates will stand in XXXX. Aidvantage seems to be hiding this information, claiming instead that the interest rates are 0 %. This makes it extremely difficult to plan repayment in advance. They do show the total to be repaid that clearly incorporates an interest rate, so they should transparently display those interest rates instead of misleading their customers.
