Originally and im not sure what was reported by the company, i was told several reports.. My first issue I was hospitalized for nearly 2 months, the other person on the loan was put in prison because she was the direct cause of my hospitalization and stole my money all of which was documented, so I called and notified the company, you allowed me to enter in a payment plan to catch back up when I was well enough to work. I was under the impression that wouldn't impact my credit. Your company also forced me in a forbearance thing during covid I never agreed to and when I noticed my payment didn't withdraw I called to ask why.. I WANTED to make my payment and you wouldn't let me ..so after I disputed that with your company you sold my loan to XXXX who also stated they have no record of me even being in a forbearance plan and all of a sudden I was forced to pay that in entirety! which I was able to do but you reported that to my credit and I want that removed immediately!
