I went ahead and made a {$300.00} payment and never heard back from them, they stated the amount at that time was a little over $ XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX they sent me a letter stating I still owed them monies in the amount of {$1700.00} for a XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card ( XXXX ) issued in XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted their offices and reminded them they statue of limitations for the state of California is 4 years, and they had contacted me 8 years later in XXXX demanding payment with an ability to garnish my credit or sue me. My debts were also XXXX by the court in XXXX, CA in XXXX via XXXX XXXX XXXX I would like them to stop harassing me with calls and correspondence as this was already resolved via XXXX and also the state limitations for California.
