Received an email on XX/XX/2023 stating an application for a Bank of America XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been submitted in my name, XXXX XXXX XXXX my maiden name ). This is the second time this has happened. I reported the first incident as well. Previously I called Bank of America and had them shut down any account I had in my name there, and they stated they had done so. Now another account is being opened using my information again though I did not do this.
