Previously disputed account through CFPB reference # XXXX asking to verify or delete. Results came back with a bill statement, this is not verification it does not show my signature nor proves account is mine. Account was previously reporting with XXXX at the time of complaint with CFPB. XXXX and XXXX had already deleted now XXXX has deleted and XXXX and XXXX are reporting again. Reporting inaccurate stating account open with XXXX while XXXX reports closed status. XXXX is stating open while in collection and derogatory all at the same time. Both bureaus report dispute status as account not disputed yet show remarks of dispute resolved customer disagree. I do not recall having this account open and Portfolio RC has not verified debt being claimed. Account is a mistake itself.
