XXXX stated that I had a payday loan in XXXX ( I filed bankruptcy in XXXX ) and that my wages would be garnished due to no payment. XXXX was VERY rude and threatening. Today was the very first time I had heard from them. Nothing has been sent in the mail. My attorney looked up the number and said that this was a spam call but I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I do not need that kind of stress in my life. These people are unbelievable. XXXX XXXX The name was under XXXX XXXX. I was married in XXXX and changed the name to XXXX. Thank you
