I have been a Bank of America customer since it took over XXXX in 2004. During that time I was DEFINITELY a victim of fee-gouging ( overdraft, etc ). Additionally, I had a loan with Bank of America only to realize it was actually a CREDIT CARD, and I did not receive the benefits of having said credit card. Sadly there are limits on the research I can do within my Bank of America banking portal. How should I move forward to deal with a final amount to be refunded?
