I received an email on XX/XX/2023 from Explore Credit Management Team. telling me they had a technical issue and funds were withdrawn from my bank account and they are in process of returning funds. They gave contact information XXXX & Phone : XXXX I spoke with someone they said the had a technical issue over the weekend and my fund were being returned, still no funds returned. I called back yesterday on XX/XX/2023 they said funds would be back in my account today. Still no funds. I applied for a loan more than XXXX yr ago but never accepted the loan Never signed anything with them or Authorized in any form from my bank account they with drew {$120.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. if you look up Explore Credit online they have done this to XXXX 's of people it's all over the internet lot of complaints filed with Better Business bureau in last 2 weeks for same issue. my bank took note of the issue and fraud alert on my account & told me if funds are not returned in 7days I would need to close out my bank account and open a new account.
