Today I received an email an account was attempted to be open in my name at Bank of America. It was for a Bank of America Advantage SafeBalance Banking Account. This is the second attempt is less than a year. The first attempt was XX/XX/XXXX. The second attempt was today XX/XX/XXXX. I do not wish to bank with Bank of America and I continue to have issues with fraudulent attempts to open accounts in my name with them. When I try to call I have no account info so Bank of America will NOT assist in confirming accounts with my name and info are NOT opened or in use.
