Collection agency filed a court summons and served at an XXXX mail service in Florida where I don't live. I opened the mail service to obtain a Florida address for in the future of moving, in order to live there at some point. I do not have a physical address, I have been out of work, I reside in CT and have notified the court in XXXX FL that I am not there. The court date is XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX and I don't know how to resolve this.
