Consumer Narrative

On XXXX XXXX I was charged twice on the XXXX app. The first charge was for {$130.00} and the second was for {$140.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX another purchase was attempted for {$260.00} but luckily I was hyper vigilant at this point and was able to cancel it before it processed. I contacted my bank and XXXX as soon as I noticed the charges on my account. The bank issued a temporary refund and processed a claim. XXXX had told me there was nothing they could do because the order was processed through a third party on their site. The bank later declined my claim due to a tracking number. This occurred in XXXX. I was instructed to contact XXXX ( which I did ). XXXX again told me they could not help me because at this point it was past window. I went to my post office who informed me that the packages were delivered to another address. The post office provided me with a letter stating this and I submitted the letter and all correspondence with XXXX to my bank. My bank has once again declined my claim. They stated I approved the claim and that the CVV code was provided. The CVV code was available because my card information was saved to the XXXX website because I would sometimes do curbside orders for groceries.
