I received a call from a company called XXXX telling me i was going to be receiving some legal documents and needed to call the firm that was handling my case the number that called was XXXX told me to call XXXX who clamed to be a lawyer and I was being sued by bank of America for {$10000.00} on a credit card debt I informed the man I haven't had a credit card with that bank in 20 years I don't remember any thing on or about this debt I do recall a {$2000.00} credit card I had 20 years ago I have no way of proving how old the debt is but they should have that in order to prove the debt is owed though right?
