Hi I called Amazon synchrony bank about a duplicate charge pending authorization for XXXX ( twice ) I was told if I dispute the duplicate charge with my own bank they would close my synchrony credit card I was threatened by synchrony back that I am not able to dispute any charges pending in my account and if I do I will have my synchrony accounts closed.
