Purchase date XX/XX/2022 Order # XXXX Total- {$640.00} Purchase date XX/XX/2022 order # XXXX Total- {$760.00} I realized the charges on XX/XX/2022 & reported them immediately ( same day ) I also contacted my local Police department XXXX police department and filed a report. XX/XX/XXXX i received notice that they completed their investigation and that it " does not substantiate the claim as unauthorized use '' XX/XX/XXXX I filed an appeal. XX/XX/XXXX I received notice that they were permanently billing my account for the totals of {$300.00} for the billing date of XX/XX/2022 and XXXX for the billing date of XX/XX/2022 and that they considered the investigation complete. Most of these items were shipped to an address in XXXX XXXX. & none of the charges including some donations XXXX XXXX XXXX 's were made or authorized by Myself.
