I scheduled massages and facials for myself, a friend and our husbands on XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and gave them my credit card to hold our spot. A week prior to our appointments my friend and her husband were unable to go ; that day I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with ( XXXX I believe ) and informed her to cancel every appointment, and except 1 facial ( for myself ). She said that was fine. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to the salon by myself and had a facial. I paid for it while I was there ( approx {$150.00} ) and left. When I was later reviewing my statement I saw that XXXX XXXX still charged me for 4 facials and 4 massages, totaling {$810.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Citi Bank has reviewed my my case and XXXX is not crediting my account. I refuse to pay for an {$800.00} charge that is not mine, I called and canceled a week prior. And I went to the spa on XX/XX/XXXX for a facial, which you can confirm on my statement. The charge for approximately {$150.00} on XX/XX/XXXX is accurate. The {$800.00} charge on XX/XX/XXXX is not accurate. This is a lot of money, I need someone to review. Please review camera recordings from that day? Please let me know whatever i can provide to help resolve my case.
