Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/23 I filed dispute # XXXX for XXXX car part on XX/XX/23 for {$40.00}. The seller listing falsely promised working part which malfunctioned in my vehicle. Bank of America refused to acknowledge receipt of my fax received at XXXX proving bias relationship with XXXX. I deserve a permanent credit which hinges on fax this bank now denies receiving. I will have to pay {$200.00} just to remove defective part seller has demonstrated intent not to refund because seller falsely stated is perfect.
