On XX/XX/2023, my Citibank credit card was charged {$240.00} by XXXX, a grocery delivery service. Even though I was on vacation in XXXX XXXX, Florida, the XXXX delivery was sent to a town in Georgia. I immediately called XXXX, said that I had not placed the order, and that it was a fraudulent order. The XXXX representative told me that they would return my money as soon as possible. I also decided I needed to get a new Citibank credit card, in case someone had stolen my identity. After not getting a refund from XXXX, I disputed the charge with Citibank, but after crediting my account, Citibank investigated the incident and decided that I was responsible for the charges (! ) Its been XXXX months now, and theres been no reimbursement resolution. XXXX said it wasnt their problem, and Citibank said it wasnt their problem. I have called Citibank at least four times, and they have never give me a clear answer as to why the charge was not credited back to my account. They always said they would send it on to their fraud department and investigate it further, but no one has ever gotten back to me from Citibank. Its been XXXX months since the incident happened!
