Hello, On XX/XX/XXXX I was charged {$9200.00} for a fence project by a local company. We agreed this money would be paid as a deposit, and the rest would be paid upon project completion. Months passed and I heard nothing back from the contractor. We have made multiple attempts to contact the contractor. XX/XX/XXXX I filed a dispute with Citi to inform them that I paid for a fence install and it was never started or completed.After providing supporting documents and evidence, Citi has ruled on XX/XX/XXXX that I am responsible. I have not received what I paid for. I have no fence and I am out {$9200.00}. Citi is refusing to take any accountability to protect me although evidence shows the contractor has gone MIA and isnt installing the fence I paid for. I have not received the service but they are expecting me to pay. Citi needs to fix this. They made me wait over a MONTH for a resolution, and arent giving me any good reasons as to why this wasnt resolved in my favor.
