My complaint is with JPMorgan bank/ Chase . I had 2 transactions that they are refusing to refund due to a scam. Over {$5000.00}. I rented a home and found out that the owners were not the owners. Real estate scam. I did not know until 2 months later after sending payments. I found out by city hall that they didn't have a active business license for the home ideas rented and the person that rented me the home was NOT THE OWNER. As soon as I found out I notified chase immediately. Disputed the transactions several times and everytime it was denied. XXXX or chase does not want to be held liable for the funds and the funds should be returned me because of it being a fraud businesses. I have fought for almost 4 months and still no funds
