On XX/XX/XXXX a friend of mine from XXXX transferred XXXX XXXX to my checking account in Bank of America. He also sent a screenshot of a successful transaction from XXXX bank app. After noticing that the money was not available in my account after 3 days, I decided to call BofA support, where they told me that there is no incoming wire heading my way. I wanted a few more days and also asked my fried to run investigation on his end. His Bank was more cooperative and told that they see that the money reached BofA but not my account. I also called BofA again, and got the same answer as last time. It seems that the BofA have my money but do not release it. Furthermore they do not seem to be willing to help at all.
