XXXX XXXX, they have deducted money out of my account in the months of XXXX, XXXX and XXXX when I had cancelled the health Policy that I had with them ( XXXX ). I reached out to stop the transactions and asked for a refund but they promised they will but it never happens. They will ignore you and keep your money, at least that's how it feels. I gave them my account number and routing number for recurring payments and they did it in a form of a virtual check where they bank can not put a hold on incoming payments. I feel that I am probably not the only one that has been having this type of issues with such LLC.
